  • If the exchange is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), EEN Garments will bear the delivery cost
  • If the exchange is requested due to customer preference (e.g., size change), the customer will bear the delivery charges

Delivery charges may vary depending on location and logistics.

8. Product Availability

  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • If the requested replacement item is not available, customers may be offered:
